Our on-counter scanners allow your employees to scan 100% hands-free. They can be easily connected to your existing counter IT hardware, either via USB, RS232, keyboard wedge or TGCS (IBM) 46xx via RS485. Some models are also available in white for pharmacy or hospital applications. All these scanners are suitable for both 1D and 2D barcodes, and most also have an EAS (Checkpoint) deactivation function built in. If it is necessary to read an RFID tag at the checkout instead of a barcode, this can also be done with the DS9900 series without losing the barcode scanner capabilities.
