Our climate is changing fast causing temperatures to rise to levels never seen before.  Roads are congested more than ever before. Next day deliveries are already late and top quality of the groceries we buy seems logical to us all even when nowadays many perishable products travel down to our stores from faraway places. 

How can a farmer or manufacturer warrant the quality of his products if there is no transparency on his high-quality product when it makes its way to the consumer? How can logistic service providers deliver proof to these farmers or manufacturers that they will handle the goods within the defined conditions throughout the entire supply chain? How do grocery stores know the products they receive have been handled within the allowed tolerances? How do consumers know the product they buy has the full quality flavor as marketed by the store and/or manufacturer?
