The equipment is completely protected against dust, can handle severe shocks and can be used even in extremely moist conditions. The IP65-norm, that the emergency phones comply with, means that they are resistant to dust and water jets. The phones are fitted with firm housing, lids that cannot simply break and the receiver is connected to the phone by means of an extremely strong wire. The phones can be supplied with, for instance, analogue connection, VOIP and, GSM-modules.

The security offered by emergency phones provides peace. Since the numerous attacks in Europe, such as in the Brussels metro and at Zaventem airport, Microtron detects increased interest in the safety phones.
