FormFactor & Microtron strengthen their partnership

The collaboration between FormFactor and Microtron goes back many years. In the early 1980s, Microtron already distributed Cascade probe stations in the BeNeLux. After the acquisition of Cascade Microtech by FormFactor in 2016, a new way of working together was chosen. FormFactor went to serve some of the customers in the BeNeLux directly, but Microtron remained the first point of contact for everything related to support and services of the probe stations. In view of the successful collaboration, FormFactor has decided to go a step further in the partnership with Microtron and appoint Microtron as distributor for the probe stations and probes in the BeNeLux.

Many years of experience as a service and support specialist for the FormFactor solutions will now also help to properly advise existing and new customers with upgrades to existing or purchase new probe stations. With its headquarters in Mechelen, Microtron is also centrally located in the BeNeLux, which ensures that our specialists can be on site very quickly to provide the necessary support. Our technical specialists go on site to carry out calibrations, training and technical interventions.

Whether it concerns standard IV and CV measurements or the latest technologies Optical Photonics or full automated RF measurements, you are in good hands with our product specialists.
